Tariff:

October-April: £150 per week. £35 per night (min 2 nights). Except Christmas and New Year.

Christmas and New Year: £160 per week.

May-September: £170 per week £35 per night (min 2 nights)

 

Terms:

Rent includes linen and electricity, but not towels.

Towels available by arrangement if required.

Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

 

Dogs and horses by arrangement.

Car parking on drive outside the flat.

Arrival can be any time after 3pm  and please try to vacate the flat by 12 noon on your last day.

25% deposit on booking, only returnable if week can be re-let
